I know, you've seen this photo before. Sorry. The camera, however, is a 1939 Leica IIIa (distinguishable from earlier versions by the rectangular shape of the raised area around the viewfinder window). It came with a 50/2.0 Summar lens of matching vintage, but it's shown here with an f/1.4 Nikkor lens.
